Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal consultations to company management, employees, and clients on various legal matters.
- Analyze the application of legal acts and prepare legal opinions and recommendations.
- Provide guidance on the implementation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, amend, and coordinate contracts, agreements, internal procedures, orders, policies, authorizations, warnings, claims, protocols, and other legal documents required for company operations.
- Coordinate legal aspects related to company incorporation and administration in different jurisdictions.
- Participate in internal projects related to process improvement, governance development, and operational optimization.
What We Are Looking For
- Master’s degree in Law
- At least 2 years of professional legal experience (experience in business, employment or contract law is considered an advantage).
- Strong ability to analyze legal texts and prepare legal documentation.
- Excellent Lithuanian language skills and English at B2 level or higher (C1 preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking and independent decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
