Join Coface — a global leader in trade credit insurance and business information and take ownership of a high-impact role where your leadership will directly shape client success and commercial performance across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
As Head of Account Management, you will lead and elevate a team responsible for maximizing the value of our existing trade credit insurance client portfolio while ensuring exceptional customer experience and business growth.
What you’ll do:
- Lead & inspire a high-performing team.
Coach, develop and motivate Account Managers to drive excellence and continuous growth.
- Own client portfolio performance.
Ensure top-level client satisfaction, retention and revenue expansion.
- Drive commercial opportunities.
Identify upselling, cross-selling and new product development opportunities based on data and market insights.
- Deliver actionable insights.
Monitor KPIs across the Baltics, identify gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Collaborate across functions.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
- Strengthen Coface’s market presence.
Represent the company in the local business community and build strategic relationships.
- Manage key partnerships.
Develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries and partners.
- Report & influence.
Prepare key reports and insights for regional and group-level leadership.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role;
- Strong people management and leadership skills;
- Proven ability to develop teams and drive performance;
- Experience in international or matrix organizations (preferred);
- Knowledge of trade credit insurance (highly valued);
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written).
