Description

Join our Over-the-counter Derivatives services team within the Markets Services department in Vilnius and help Nordic clients run their businesses successfully.

As a Markets Specialist, you will handle various post-trade services, such as derivatives cash settlements, reconciliations, investigations, and continuous process improvements. You will manage post-trade services of medium complexity while collaborating with stakeholders across our global network.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

This will be a temporary contract until 2028-12-31.

What you will be doing

Settle derivatives transactions in a timely manner
Process transactions on behalf of clients and stakeholders
Perform daily controls and conduct thorough investigations
Perform account reconciliations with precision and accuracy
Update Standard Operating Procedures register
Collaborate with Nordic colleagues and global partners via email and phone
Improve and optimise processes using Lean principles

About you

1-2 years of experience and knowledge in post-trade services area
Higher education, preferably in Finance, Economics or relevant field
Attentive to details with strong learning capabilities
Team-oriented person who enjoys working, sharing knowledge, and having fun together
Willingness to develop and learn new things
Upper-intermediate English language skills both in speaking and writing

Monthly salary range from 2200 EUR to 3300 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
