We are looking for a proactive and organized Finance Manager to become the central point for all financial operations. You will work closely with our outsourced local accounting firms in Lithuania and Ireland, ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time — while freeing the founders to focus on sales and business development.

You will be working with two specialized divisions:

PMCO (Lithuania) – a leading distributor of High-Performance Computing (HPC) hardware and components.

PMCO Aero (Ireland) – a reliable supplier of spare parts for commercial aviation.

This is a hands-on role with high visibility and direct impact on the group’s cash flow, efficiency, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end financial operations for both PMCO (Lithuania) and PMCO Aero (Ireland).
Collect, verify, and process incoming invoices and supplier documentation.
Prepare and execute payments (local and international).
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and inter-company transactions.
Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare documentation and reports for outsourced accountants and auditors.
Track expenses, manage supplier and client payment schedules.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis.
Implement and improve internal financial processes and controls.
Act as the main internal contact for all finance-related matters.

Darbo pobūdis

3–6+ years of experience in a similar finance role (Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Senior Accountant, or Finance Officer).
Strong experience with multi-currency and cross-border operations (EU experience is a big advantage).
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset – you spot issues before they become problems.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
Fluent English (both spoken and written).
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Experience in trading/distribution or aviation industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
