Your responsibilities will include:

Clarify clients’ technical requirements
Prepare the of tender documentation
Agree with the technical team on project scope and the technical conditions needed for the analyzer to run reliably at the client’s plant
Plan the project and keep our design, automation and service engineers, researchers, analysts and IT aligned with the client’s teams
Organize regular meetings between the company's teams and the client's staff to ensure optimal project implementation at all stages
Contribute to the project’s technical documentation
Manage product certification for customer markets (EU, USA, Canada and others)
Accept the client's site according to contractual terms
Organize equipment delivery and on-site commissioning
Support final acceptance of the analyzer by the client
Remain the client’s main point of contact during the warranty period and service contract

We expect you to:

Have a higher technical education degree
At least 3–4 years' experience in project coordination in high-tech sectors
Experience working directly with clients and suppliers
A results-oriented approach
Teamwork skills
Readiness for international business trips for negotiations, commissioning and acceptance
Fluent English and strong communication skills
