In connection with the expansion of activities on Lithuanian market we are looking for an experienced sales specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and acquire new clients within the Lithuanian and Russian markets for road freight, groupage, and part-load transportation.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct negotiations, present the company's services, and identify customer needs.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Prepare commercial offers, calculate transportation costs, and negotiate agreements.
Participate in tenders and support the preparation of tender documentation.

Requirements:

Previous experience in B2B sales (experience in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage).
Professional working proficiency in Lithuanian, English, and Russian is required, as the role involves daily communication with clients across these markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interest in sales and the logistics industry.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
