About the role

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Software Development Team Manager to lead and support our software development team in Vilnius. In this role, you will combine technical understanding, people leadership, and project management to help the team deliver high-quality software solutions.

You will work closely with our teams in Vilnius and Germany, coordinate resources and priorities, support team members in their professional development, and help ensure effective collaboration between software development and other functions.

The role is primarily based in Vilnius, with occasional business trips to Germany several times a year.

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a software development team.
• Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies and modern software

development practices.

• A technical background in software development, combined with experience in project

management and/or technical leadership.

• Strong project and resource management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, coordinate

people and resources, and manage competing needs.

• Professional English proficiency (C1), both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel to Germany several times a year; the role is primarily based in Vilnius.
• Ideally previous experience working in an international environment.
• Ideally experience working with teams across different functions and locations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or another relevant technical field.
