Job description:
- Serve as the hands-on information systems and business applications specialist for the Baltics cluster (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia), supporting approximately 78 users. Ensure the reliable operation and continuous improvement of ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365 and related business applications; troubleshoot user issues, support system integrations and coordinate external partners. Act as the key local IS contact for Group transformation initiatives, including the transition from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to SAP, while delivering practical, secure and compliant solutions for the business.
- Provide day-to-day IT/IS support to users across the three Baltic offices, resolving business application and cloud-service issues and supporting end-user devices (laptops, tablets, mobile phones and printers).
- Support, troubleshoot and improve business applications, particularly ERP and CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), SAP and Veeva CRM; investigate incidents, coordinate fixes and maintain reliable data flows.
- Maintain and improve interfaces and integrations between business systems; support transparency and compliance reporting requirements and automate business processes using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Act as the key local IS contact for the Navision-to-SAP migration and related order management implementations, including Conexus; coordinate local requirements, testing, issue resolution, user readiness and roll-out with the global project team.
- Support cloud-based Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and OneDrive, and assist with the local adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other Group-approved digital solutions.
- Work closely with business users, the Global IS Helpdesk, the Regional IS Manager and external IT partners (including ERP and SharePoint providers) to resolve issues and deliver application enhancements.
- Coordinate local IT equipment, mobile devices, telecom services and supplier arrangements across the Baltics, ensuring alignment with Group standards and providing occasional on-site support in Latvia and Estonia.
- Identify practical opportunities for automation, AI adoption and improved business processes; follow Group information-security, data-protection and pharmaceutical-compliance requirements and escalate risks through established processes.
- Maintain clear documentation, support user training and knowledge sharing, and take ownership of service quality and continuous improvements in the local IS environment.
Requirements:
- Solid hands-on experience supporting information systems and business applications, preferably in a multi-site or international environment.
- Practical experience supporting ERP/CRM platforms, system integrations, vendors and business users, including participation in application migrations or roll-outs.
- Practical understanding of both Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and SAP at an application-support level, including interfaces and integration with other business systems.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, particularly SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate and Power Apps, in a cloud-based environment.
- Understanding of ERP and CRM data flows, system troubleshooting, business processes and the role of finance/accounting data in enterprise applications.
- Additional advantages: familiarity with Veeva CRM or similar CRM tools, SAP-related order management systems (e.g. Conexus), Microsoft Copilot, or AI-based process automation.
- Strong practical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve business application issues independently.
- Ability to understand business needs, translate them into application improvements, and communicate effectively with non-technical colleagues.
- Ability to coordinate local activities within global IT projects, including requirements gathering, testing, user training, documentation and follow-up.
- Strong ownership, prioritisation and organisational skills when serving as the sole local IS specialist for the Baltics.
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination across Baltic offices, international IS teams and external suppliers.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and the ability to find pragmatic solutions to complex system or process issues.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, user service quality, information security and compliant ways of working.
